Recording instructions play first, then “One thing before you begin,” then one random fact, then the beep.
Horoscope
A custom reading takes priority for its date. Otherwise, use the online Scorpio reading.
Dates follow New York time. Leave a date blank to use its online fallback. Old readings never play as today’s. The Pi uses key 2; incoming callers use key 2 only when the call menu is enabled.
Wall phone playback.
Each pickup starts the next message. In order plays oldest to newest, then starts again. Random shuffles without repeating until all have played. Your place survives a reboot.

Permanent deletion removes the audio from Twilio. When the wall phone is connected, its next successful sync will remove the local copy too. Download anything you want to keep first.
Call activity comes from Twilio. Invitation status is the last verified TextMyGuests snapshot; scheduled checks run once a day. See the update time below. Test texts are separate from the invitation.
